Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using MacMD Viewer (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
MacMD Viewer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on any Mac computers that you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
Purchase and payment
MacMD Viewer is available as a one-time purchase for $9.99 USD. Payment is processed by Apple (for Mac App Store purchases) or by our designated payment processor (for direct purchases). All sales are final except where required by applicable law or as described in our refund policy.
Refunds
For Mac App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy. For direct purchases, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@macmdviewer.com.
Updates
Your purchase includes free updates to the current major version of the App. Future major versions may require a separate purchase at our discretion. Updates are delivered through the Mac App Store or the App's built-in update mechanism.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall MacMD Viewer or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
Intellectual property
MacMD Viewer, its name, logo, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
